Welcome, FRANKIE from Hempstead Shelter! This adorable black and white Shih Tzu has already stolen our hearts. He is approximately 4 years young and he weighs about 11/12lbs.

Frankie came into the shelter a bit of a hot mess, but he is already looking so much better. Feb 7th morning, he already had a spa day, and looks even more handsome, if that's even possible.

We will dog test him by the weekend and assess his best home soon thereafter. He is such a great little guy, and we are so happy we could help him in his time of need.
