Welcome GEORGE from Hempstead Shelter! (Named after our first president as we celebrate America's 250th this week!)
This poor boy is HEAVILY matted, and should have been a cruelty case at the shelter because someone should answer for the condition he is in. Well, he is on his way to a bright future now that he is in our hands.
We believe he is 7ish yo, and he looks to be a full yorkie.
GEORGE seems to get along just fine with other dogs, and he has a chipper personality despite the suffering he has surely been through.
