HEIDI, aka Bambi from Hempstead Shelter, is a 4-year-old petite terrier mix

She is a special needs case, as she has a neurological issue.

Heidi gets along fine with other dogs and is very docile and easygoing.

She got a full and thorough exam, and some testing as well. We have a plan set in motion, and we will carefully monitor her, but we are very happy to report that she is doing quite well.

She seems happy, and of course, she is very loved already.
