Welcome OSCAR, fka OSCAR MEYER, from Hempstead Shelter! This adorable 3 yo ChiWeenie (chihuahua/dachshund) needed our help. He was returned from a rescue, and he would have difficulty getting adopted straight from the shelter. But he is a good dog,

OSCAR just needs a little work on building his confidence and feeling safe. It's a big world, and sometimes little dogs, especially, have a hard time coping. That's how we see this boy, and we know in our care and with his foster's guidance and love, he will shine and have a bright future.
