OSCAR, the 2-year-old ChiWeenie, can't wait to meet you!
Our once shy, insecure boy has a new leash on life. When he came into our care, OSCAR went to our friend WERONIKA, a fabulous dog trainer who knew him from Hempstead Shelter. At her facility, Southampton Dog, OSCAR learned how to trust and how to be a well-behaved dog. With time, patience, structure, and love, our handsome boy transformed. OSCAR is now in a great foster home, and he is doing fabulous. He is fine with other dogs, just mostly does his own thing. He loves to jump into the laps of his friends, and he loves to rest his chin and gaze into their eyes, too. He craves human affection and wants to please.
OSCAR is grateful, charming, and just about ready to be yours. We are so proud of him, and you will be so lucky to call him your own.
